Priyanka or Rani in off shoulder dress???

Priyanka is so much used to carrying skimpy off shoulder dresses that it comes to her as 123. And now it is Rani in that sea green off shoulder trying to imbibe a style that suits Priyanka the most. Daring, I must say, but does that suit Rani?
