Despite the fact that she has not given a single hit at the box-office, there is no denying the fact that the sauve and selve Sonam Kapoor is here to stay. It was her sheer strong determination which led this female become fab from flab. How she gained her hour-glass figure from her weight of 90 kilos, is what she talks about in the latest edition of ‘Vogue’ for January 2010 as she sizzles on the cover as well as the photoshoot for the mag.

says, “Helped me change the way I looked at nutrition and exercise. I had to make a lifestyle change: it’s the only thing that really works; it has to be how you lead your life, a regime you follow.” Sonam also talks about how easy or tough it was it for her hard to lose all those kilos.

Sonam Kapoor before becoming the most sought after diva of Bollywood was overweight and weighed around 90 kgs. The pretty lass in a recent magazine interview gives weight loss tips to her fans.

1. Don’t eat that samosa.
2. Eat small meals, every two hours, instead of three big meals.
3. Stay away from refined foods. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables, and lean meats.
4. Exercise.
5. Cut down on caffeine and drink more water. Green tea has the caffeine you need, so switch from coffee.
6. Accept that there can be no excuse for straying from your regime.
7. Put on music and dance.
8. Recognise that there is no easy way.
9. Don’t be a lazy bum. You only need six hours of sleep. Get up and get moving.
