Kangana: Kiss with Dino was just a peck

Kangana Ranaut has come out with a statement, after media went berserk splashing photos of her and Dino Morea kissing each other at Sanjay Dutt’s anniversary bash.

Talking the kiss, Kangana says, “I know Dino for a while now. We’ve met socially and even had a few laughs but to make it seem like there is something more is terrible.”

Kangana insists that her kiss with Dino was very harmless and is not passionate kiss as portrayed by the media.

When the talk shifts from her kiss to her relationship with Dino, she says, “I’m done with relationships.I have 10 movies to complete this year, and will perhaps take on another dozen next year. What I’m trying to say is that I’m completely swamped by work. I have no desire to get into another relationship. I’m done with those.”

Kangana also adds that she won’t date now, she will only marry, “Marriage is what it will be. I may marry three years down the line or perhaps even five years down the line. But I’m certainly not interested in the dating scene.”

Big B asks media to apologize for fabricating rumors about Aishwarya

Amitabh Bachchan is not going to forgive and forget this time as he has asked, tabloid Mumbai Mirror to issue an apology for fabricating false news about Aishwarya that she cannot concieve because of stomach TB.

Big B wrote on his blog, “The unprofessional and slanderous nature of this article in such an esteemed and respected newspaper as the Mumbai Mirror is deeply disturbing. It brings the author of this article into disrepute. It brings the editor that published this article into disrepute. It brings this particular newspaper into disrepute. It brings the profession of journalism into disrepute.”

“This article is in violation of the journalistic norms of conduct as published by the Press Council of India.Beyond your own disgrace, you have caused grievous distress and harm to the Bachchan family.”

Big B has written a letter to the editor of Mumbai Mirror, which reads, “Due to the illicit nature of this slander, I request a retraction and full apology. The full apology comprises the names of the individual journalist and chief editor, the journalist’s and editor’s unqualified retraction and refutation of the contents of the article, the apology should be addressed to both Aishwarya Rai Bachchan first and specifically, and also to the Bachchan family in general.

“The apology is to be printed on the first page of the entertainment section of the Mumbai Mirror on the same page, in the same size print, and including the signatures of the aforementioned journalist and editor and an immediate donation of a sum of (amount to be decided by members of my extended family of the blog) to a national charitable foundation of your choosing that supports those who suffer from tuberculosis and an article in your newspaper highlighting its work.”

Even Aishwarya Rai had earlier written to Mumbai Mirror regarding the fake news, however Mumbai Mirror did not apologize.

No lovemaking scenes in Kites’s India release

We desis will not get to see the hot action between Hrithik Roshan and Barbara Mori in their upcoming movie Kites, as director Rakesh Roshan has chopped off the steamy scenes for the Hindi version of the movie, however the hot action can be seen by overseas audience in Kites English version. Incidentally the suggestion was made by Kites English version editor Brett Ratner.

An insider fron the production house says, “The film has an English as well as a Hindi version. As the intimate scenes between Hrithik and Barbara are way too bold for the Indian audience, Brett asked Rakesh Roshan to either completely delete or at least water down the passionate scenes in the Hindi version.”

The source adds, “Brett Ratner was especially called to re-edit Kites. He was got in to cater to the international audience. Being an expert, Ratner gave his suggestion as he understands the mindset of the Indian audience very well. Also, the intimate scenes between Hrithik and Barbara should not become the talk of the town especially after rumours of their alleged affair. Rakesh Roshan is now making the necessary changes.”

Director Rakesh Roshan confirmed the news and said, My films are made for a family audience. There are no intimate or lovemaking scenes in Kites.”

Aishwarya fumes over reports of stomach TB

A leading web tabloid yesterday reported that Aishwarya Rai was suffering from stomach tuberclosis which is hampering her efforts towards conceiving,however Aishwarya yesterday sent a mail to the tabloid office blasting them for fabricating wrong stories about her.

Aishwarya Rai wrote in the mail, “I am completely shocked, appalled and extremely upset with the contents of the article. I completely deny the report. It is fabricated and false. It is very disappointing that your office did not even bother to verify this article with me, my family, my spokesperson or my office. I would think it only ethical and correct to get the person in question’s side of the story or verification before printing such news.”

Even Abhishek angrily tweeted on his social networking site and wrote, “You want to write and malign me or my father, I will take it. But the ladies of my home are off limits! They’ve gone too far this time….. I have never reacted to all the fabricated stories written by the media about me and my own. BUT THIS IS THE LIMIT!!!”

He further wrote, “As a husband and a man I’m shocked that one can talk so irresponsibly about a woman, that too…falsely!! On a personal note, as a husband I will not stand for such rubbish being written about my wife.”

Father-in-law Amitabh Bahchcan also vented his ire against the tabloid on his blog and wrote, “I am the head of my family. Aishwarya is not my daughter-in-law, she is my daughter, a woman, a lady in my house and home. If anyone will speak derogatorily about her, I shall fight for her till my last breath. If you have something to say to the men in the house, Abhishek or me, I shall bear it. BUT… if you shall make injudicious remarks on the women in my home, I shall not tolerate it !!!”

Shahid-Anushka kiss ka kissa

Lately whatever news we hear about Shahid Kapoor and Anushka Sharma’s upcoming flick Badmaash Company is only about kissing scenes.

During one such steamy shot session, director Parmeeth Sethi did not like Shahid-Anushka’s lip-lock and demanded a retake saying, “It was gawky and odd. You guys need to do it again.”

When the technicians were getting ready for the retake, Shahid-Anushka were no where to be seen and only came back after two hours amidst frantic calls from Sethi.

When Sethi inquired about their disappearing act, Shahid-Anushka said, “We had gone to buy some books from a bookstore in Bandra.” to which Sethi asked, “Two hours?”.

A source said, the cast and crew members started to pull their legs and asked them, “Which book had you gone to buy? The Beginner’s Guide To Kissing?”

Whatever they did during the dissapearing act, helped them to give a great smooch shot for the retake.

The source adds, “They kissed quite well. The change was remarkable. In fact, Anushka, who was quite shy when asked to kiss on the first occasion, had turned into a completely new person. Shahid was still a bit shy, though.”

Wonder what was their secret for the great retake.

SRK: I didn’t understand Shiv Sena’s behavior

Talking about the recent wrath SRK faced from Shiv Sena, the actor insists that he did not understand why Shiv Sena behaved in such a way and if they would have objected to the content in his movie he would have definitely apologized.

SRK said, “‘If they had a problem with my film, I would have apologized. I have done so earlier because I do not want to offend anyone with my films, my aim is to entertain. But this was about who I am as a person and my Indianness and I was hurt that I had to clarify it again and again.”

SRK insists that he respects Sena leaders, however he feels that nobody should mix entertainment with politics.

SRK further says, ‘They are much older than me and I have great respect for them. But I did not understand why was the film dragged in between. I am one of those who believe that entertainment and politics should not be mixed. I did not understand why was my Indianness questioned. My father is a freedom fighter and I am proud of that.”
